Staging Services Offered is as follows:

A comprehensive walk-through of the home will be performed to assess furniture, furniture placement, flow, clutter, color, accessories, lighting and any needed repairs
Constructive advice on de-personalization
Coach you on how to make this process less overwhelming.
Emphasis on de-cluttering.
Give fresh ideas on how to bring your home up-to-date.
Notes will be taken as we assess each room.
This will include coaching on paint selection to help neutralize the home
Post-it notes will be placed in each room to help keep you stay on track and provide you with a master to-do list as well
Additionally, I will research new accessories and furnishings to accent your home as needed
Stage the home (the number of hours is determined by individual client needs)
Includes access to the Referrals page, a list of resources and contractors to better facilitate your needs.
