RV Show 2016 reveals a peek in Tiny Homes
Home is where the heart is…I really believe this is true in Tiny Homes.
Every year my husband and I visit the RV show in Seattle and Tacoma and try to figure out which RV would suit our life style. We always start with the Coleman Pop Ups, then move to the small trailers less than 15′, followed by 20′, then 30 footers. Eventually we end up in a deep discussion on how a motor home model is so much better. Finally, after so many years of revisiting the same stomping ground we bought a 21′ trailer, yeah decision made!
This year we also discovered and got to walk into two Tiny Home, KIT HomeBuilders West www.kitwest.com (Cedar Canyon) 1 bedroom Model 2022LS, What can I say, it’s a downsizer’s dream and so affordable. The show model was $58,000 installed Secondly, www.escapetraveler.us had the cutest 1 room unit with so much functionality, it too our breath away, $32,000.
In conclusion, these units could be a great solution to a Home Office, Mother-in-law home, or a vacation home on a piece of property with a view. As a designer, the functionality of these tiny homes are really something to consider. Oh yes, I am loving our new 21′ StarCraft Trailer, looking forward to camping with my husband.

Great idea for a studio! – Very nice tiny house… Not only nice, but it was impressive that demo had traveled, according to the rep, over 30,000 miles from show to show. ! — Very cool.. Definitely something to consider.
